I liked the food never one moment I feel hungry very good.

I didn't like the back room I like room where I can go on the balcony .

The beach, food,atmosphere great! Staff very pleasant. We'll ventilated

My room was a long way the walk was too long and a bit spooky in the corridor. Could do with a lift there! Too many stairs to climb.

Check in was speedy, food was good and location was perfect.

Cable wasn't working. I had requested for the staff to surprise my son with a Happy birthday song, because it was his Birthday, but it didn't happen, but i guess if I had paid for the request it would be granted.

Property is clean.

They need to work on the food.. they run out of food and not much selection especially when people have special diet. The whole kitchen need to work on and this is my second time here and it was my same problem but I thought it was fixed so I try them again.. this will be my last time staying here. Staff is great and location but food is terrible.

Lack of towels at pool side, unpleasant odor from the bathroom in the early morning, time period for changing towels in room, refrigerator was t adequately stocked.

The location was perfect!

This all inclusive seem to be a little bit off! For instant, there wasn't a bartender at the bar when you need them to be and has for the cuisine...it was just so so to me!! How can you butcher your own country's food:/ They need to reevaluate their chefs. Now let's talk about the (entertainments) there really wasn't any.. the first night they played a silly game and it was over in no time! On the third night into my stay, they had a steel ban performing within an hour it was over:/ You'd really have to venture out to fine entertainment at this resort:(( However the location was spot on. I could have gotten the same value for my money at a better, bigger and nicer resort a wee bit further out. Now I do have to say that the stuffs were unbelievable nice:) Especially the ones in the dining area..they had nothing to do with the cuisine or how it was prepared:/

2 am in the morning whiles a sleep someone tried to enter the room, due to the latch being on they couldn’t enter, we did not feel safe after.

Location is great, good food.

First stay I was on the top floor, endless staircases to reach the room.

I found my room to be very clean and the hotel location would have been ideal if we were staying longer than one night. The service was very good as well.

I feel that the parking provided was definitely subpar. We had to move our car 6 times during an over night stay. the parking lot provided for parking was not adequate.
